Lightning fast customer service!! I had one of my wholesale customers report issues with checking out on our site - I contacted Wholesale Gorilla about the issue and they responded immediately. I've been using their app for a while and while it's expensive, you do get a lot of bang for your buck. For the mid tier package, it pretty much covers everything you need for basic B2B. I only wish I could hide certain customers from purchasing certain products. It is available, but I have to pay their top tier price for it and I just can't afford it. As it is, the pricing is still high but it's very clear they are active in updating their UI and streamlining the process to make it as easy as possible. BTW, their customer support is excellent. You poor guys didn't deserve that 1 star update. I was confused about the email until I backtracked to see the damage I caused. I'm so SO sorry about that.
Anyway, if you are looking for a good B2B app to help our your wholesale journey, this is a great addition.
