I have been holding off moving my wholesale ordering online until I came across Wholesale Gorilla. It does everything I need it to do and when I did have questions, the support team was super speedy helping me resolve them. Having Wholesale Gorilla handle the installation was so great as they had me up and running really fast.

We added this app to our shopify to manage our wholesale accounts without having to pay Shopify themselves over 2 grand a month to basically do the same exact thing. This App has been AWESOME! It does everything we need and more! It was a little bumpy getting everything set up, but its the same as everything else, as we are not computer nerds. We are just a small business expanding into online ordering :) The customer service has been amazing, they are so helpful and walked us through every step of the way! I HIGHLY recommend Wholesale Gorilla if you are needing to maintain wholesale clients and have the ability to let them place orders online. Its streamlined and easy to work for the customer as well. P.S. This app does not interfere with the retail side of your online shop, it just adds a whole new side for wholesale customers and neither can see the other side. Wholesale is only available to wholesale, and retail is only available to retail. Hope this helps! Get this app!!!!

This app was the perfect wholesale solution for my site. My customers are creating accounts and placing orders with ease. I have already gained quite a few new wholesale customers as well! The customer service has also been top notch- super responsive and very open to my feedback.

I have been using this app for several months now. Customer support has been great in helping me set this up just how I need it. As a growing ecommerce business it has been a relief, and it has streamlined our production lines having our wholesale customers place their order online rather than us manually placing them in an off line system. The app has more than paid for itself in time saved.

We recently downloaded this app and carefully went through the entire set -up process. Not only were we impressed with the wholesale features (e.g. Quick Order Form, Discounts, Net Terms Check Out process), but we were also impressed by the level of customer support. Because our Shopify store has a bunch of custom code + product variants, some of the WG features didn't integrate well. However, the WG Team was extremely helpful in working with us to create work arounds in order to make things work. They also sent us a variety of detailed emails with helpful screenshots. It was very clear that the team was passionate about their product and willing to go the extra mile to make things work. Thank you!
