Best wholesale app out there. Great features, simple and easy, and the support team are really helpful.
Wholesale Gorilla has been amazing to work with so far for our back of site wholesale side. I did run into a few issues because I'm not very tech-savy but Clementine was able to help me every step of the way. The how-to videos were helpful at the start to!
We use this app to help control the wholesale prices and accounts on our site. It works very well, but has some restraints when it comes to switching themes. Our site was down for 2 days since our customers were not able to complete the checkout process. I informed support, and they were quick to take action and communicated very well with me. Great app, Great service.

I like the app but am not sure about the support. When needing help with basic things, they respond and are friendly but when there is an issue you get ignored. I sent an original email 9 days ago and 3 emails asking if anyone will respond and to this day, NO RESPONSE. I am going to be looking to switch. I can't rely on a service with no support.

I've worked with a few months now, but no technical development is done by the team, every time I report a problem, they say "sorry we can't do that, we can't do that ", they apparently don't understand that the customer can help them improve the quality of their application. shame

I am yet to be up and running with the app, jsut because of internal delays but I understand the apps capability through and through - I have asked 100 questions and every question has been answered with absolute clarity and work arounds suggested where needed to meet my needs. I love it so far and the customer service is exceptional!

I had previously given this app a 1-star rating as I had so many problems with the setup. I have upgraded to a 3-star as after some time I did eventually get some assistance and was able to resolve most of the issues, but it was still a difficult and costly app to use. I have since transferred to B2B ordering and would highly recommend checking out this alternative, it is cheaper, easier to set ...
It's almost impossible to unsubscribe from this app. They insist you email them to unsubscribe, which I did, and they confirmed unsubscription (but suggested I hire a coder to ensure they hadn't left any code on my site). They are still taking payment 2 months later. Absolutely disgraceful.
