Wholesale Gorilla

We used Wholesale Gorilla on our dedicated B2B site and it served us well as a straightforward wholesale solution. The pricing list setup is intuitive, the Premium registration form does the job, and when we had questions, the support team was responsive and knowledgeable. Clementine was especially helpful in walking us through features we had not fully explored. A solid app for brands looking for a no-frills wholesale portal inside Shopify.

What used to be a great app for B2B users to add to their D2C site has fallen into a mess of AI customer support, useless and complicated updates, and a system that does not function properly day to day. Every week there is a new issue with the app not letting customers check out. We have lost significant business due to the constant malfunctions, and complete lack of customer support. Maybe Shopify was right to pull this app.

I tried 4-5 different wholesale apps to help build my designer trade program, both more and less expensive, and this is by far the BEST one, it's exactly what I needed and customer service is so nice and so helpful. You give them permission to your store and they find the problem immediately if you're having one, and let you know exactly how to fix it. I also love the feature where you can choose between having a separate wholesale store or a unified storefront, the latter was exactly what I was looking for.

We've been using Wholesale gorilla for a few months and it's been great. Very user friendly. I'm a tech caveman, but they give very easy and clear instructions on how to get yoru wholesale operation up and running. Easily integrates into our Shopify. Great customer service as well. Def recommend using Wholesale Gorilla!!

We've been using Wholesale Gorilla for a few months now. Overall, it's a great fix for allowing wholesale customers to purchase from our website under a portal just for them. Just in the time we've used it, the app has undergone updates that have improved functionality and our ability to customize the experience. We really enjoy having this set up, and it's saved us time as customers can place orders 24/7. There have been some glitches, some probably on Shopify's end with new updates, that have temporarily affected the functionality of Wholesale Gorilla, but the team has been very quick and responsive to help. Can't say it will always be perfect, but I recommend the app as it's truly the best solution I've found!

What you are really paying for though is the exceptional customer service. You'll get a response very quickly and get full attention from the team.

Terrible customer service. when you need something quickly it is a chat box or an email that may come the next day. I have been with WS Gorilla for a long time and am looking at other options.
