We have been using the app for a few years already. The support is incredibly fast and helpful. Always a pleasure to be in touch with the team.
The costs for the premium plan are relatively high though. Hurts a bit.

I was experiencing problems with wholesales discount at the check out as we are using multiple apps for our needs. I was reaching out to support from every single one of these. Wholesales Gorilla was my last one left and Serhii from support was a Gods sent. He spent multiple hors trying to get the bottom of this and keeping me in loop every step of the way! And he did it, he sorted out what others could not. Even more, after sorting out the problem he also cleared all what could possibly cause future problems. I am very thankful for all his help!
