Wholesale Gorilla

We had been using Wholesale Gorilla for 3 years, and recently decided to come back—and we’re so happy we did! Everything feels more polished, easier to use, and just super straightforward.The improvements they’ve made really make managing wholesale simple.

Huge shoutout to Clementine, who was incredibly helpful throughout the whole re-onboarding process. She made everything super smooth and was always quick to answer our questions (and we had a lot!). Having that kind of personal support made all the difference.

They keep changing the wholesale signup forms and emails and then say that Shopify did it but it's all thought their platform. They keep telling me it's basically our fault and to do the same thing that we were doing a few months ago, I have to add in 10 extra steps when all it took was an email and one link before. If you don't need to review your wholesale applicants to see if they are fraudulent like we do, this app is for you. Unfortunately, we have hundreds of applicants that lie and make up their own "business" that we have to review. You spend a lot of money with this app every month for it to be so extensive and confusing.

Loving the ease of this program–it's user friendly, there's additional info available when you get stuck (because even the most user friendly apps can get beginners tripped up), and the team is super responsive and clear with direction. We've been using it for about a month now and I've changed the theme, menu, and other backend switches that have gotten other programs snagged before, and wholesale gorilla has kept up with me–I'm thoroughly impressed. I've pretty much tried every B2B app available in the Shopify store, to include using dev programs to create rules (which worked well and is very dev heavy / you have to be on top of it because you fix it if something snags) and this has been the one our team has been able to get into flow with on the front end. 10/10 recommend! Great support and great app. We considered creating a separate shopify site for wholesale, but WholeSale Gorilla allows us to run everything from our main store without that extra cost and complexity. The features are just what we need to accommodate our wholesale partners with a good solution for online ordering and terms when needed. Thanks for the great support for your app!
