I find it somewhat challenging to find good third-party apps that align with my business strategy and offer the necessary functionality. However, the team at Orbit has made this process much easier. They quickly understand any issues I encounter and find workarounds to address my immediate concerns. Great partner to have!

Apps working well, bit sticky to get going but support have been helpful with working through installation and issues (auto rounder on the carriage price so we couldn't select say £6.95, had to choose 6 or 7). Hoping to stick some traffic through the NET30 system shortly.

James has been very responsive and helpful while we have created wholesale customers and pricing for our online shop. He even helped us look into something that turned out to be an issue with our theme, not the Wholesale Club app, and he let us know exactly what we needed to relay to the theme developers to resolve the problem. Great customer service and friendly to work with.

Support was great in getting us setup with a theme that has a lot of pieces and is definitely not standard. Great value and takes care of 4-5 apps worth of features. Product visibility, wholesale discounts & and all the goodies.

We can't give discounts to our wholesale customers, sad. Please improve.

So far working with Pixel Union has been great. Travis and Patrick have been very responsive and helpful in getting us set up to use the Wholesale App. We are refocusing our site to prioritize our Wholesale customers and this App seems to have everything we need. We are just waiting to install some of the additional features like Custom Pricing so we can start using it. I'll write another review when we test everything out!

The app works great, just as described. However what truly blew me away was the support and customer service. I needed a lot of troubleshooting and customizations due to unrelated issues, and the team was always super responsive and helpful, and always went above and beyond to try to help. They never lost patience with me even though I would have deserved it. Ten stars!

App works like promised. Customer service was prompt and professional.
We use custom pricing - upload was simple.
