Wholesale Hub has been a huge win for us; it's made it easy to offer our customers custom pricing along with some solid added perks.

I did run into a hiccup today, but their support team came through. Rob was incredibly patient, walked me through everything, and made sure I actually understood the solution instead of just handing me a quick fix.

Excited to keep building out our store with this app.

Absolutely awful customer service. I've sent in several help tickets because the app keeps throwing the exact same message at me: 'Install error. There’s been an issue with your install. Our support team is having a look, and we’ll be in touch via email ASAP.' What a joke. Nobody has reached out, and there's zero option for live chat. It's been days since my first request, and I can clearly see on the admin panel that they haven't even opened my tickets yet. Completely unacceptable!

We've been using this app for a while and are very happy with it. When I ran into an issue with a CSV upload, the customer support team helped me right away. Jack was incredibly patient and worked with the developers to resolve the problem successfully.

Excellent support and a great app overall. Highly recommended!

I just want to say how fantastic the B2B Wholesale Hub team is! They always go above and beyond to help, and it’s an absolute pleasure working with them. With their assistance, this app adapts perfectly to all my B2B store needs. I’m extremely happy so far—currently testing everything, and I’m confident I’ll soon make the decision to use this app long-term!

Jack was super helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to my questions. He even sent along a video recording and screenshots which made it super simple for me to understand what I needed to do. Great customer service!

B2B wholesale app is fantastic! It was easy to setup and we are now getting easy B2B orders through our website. If I have any questions, the chat team are very responsive. I liked the app so much that I wanted to use it for another store I manage, however at present new customers cannot use the order minimums function while it is being worked on. I've contacted chat but there's no date for when it will be ready, so sadly I am going to have to get another b2b app for that client.

I installed the app because of the good reviews. Unfortunately, the app is underdeveloped in many respects. While the support team is helpful, the programmers behind it are unable to implement the essential functions for B2B trading. The price of €99/month is completely unreasonable – far too high. We unfortunately invested many hours trying to install the app and now still have to look for an alternative.

I'm sorry to hear you've had a disappointing experience. It sounds like the main issue was due to an incompatibility with another app blocking ours.
