Excellent app that allows us to run the same storefront for retail and wholesale customers. Support is very helpful in dealing with installation issues.

Thought we had some problems with the Wholesale Club app, their support is fast and efficient (thanks Alex and Emily) and helped us find out the actual cause (which was a Shopify update to the Markets settings). Do be aware that Shopify's in-built multi-currency stuff is not supported, so all your markets need to have the same default currency if you're selling to multiple countries. We use a separate 3rd party app called BEST Currency to display converted currencies to international customers, that does seem to mostly cooperate with Wholesale Club.

Update 2024-Aug-27 - had some minor issue with a discount code not automatically syncing. Contacted them and it was fixed in 10 minutes. 10/10 customer support.

This app rules and the support is stellar. They set up my site for wholesale exactly as I needed it and were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this app for anyone wanting to set up their retail site for wholesale customer pricing as well!

After trying a few other wholesale apps that were full of glitches or did not work with inventory trackers, we were about to give up and just do a separate website for wholesale. We tried this as a last resort...The setup was easy, super fast, and the support has been amazing. We look forward to using this app for a long time to come.
