Great app! We specify pricing for 3 different types of clients per product, many with variants. App is easy to use and the support is great. Highly recommend.

It meets the requirements that I need to apply in my store and I had details with the App but the support has helped me to solve it in a good way, highly recommended.

A fantastic app! Have been wanting an app like this for a long time. Great customer service and fast replies from the team. The majority of our sales is trade so it makes our wholesale customer's lives a lot easier by browsing and ordering online. Thank you once again.

THE BEST SUPPORT TEAM WE'VE EXPERIENCED YET!

We initially had some issues with getting the Wholesale Club app to work, but found out that this was due to some old apps we had uninstalled. Through the fantastic support team at Pixel Union they identified some code leftover from several apps that we had previously uninstalled which were interfering with their functionality.

Their team not only identified the cause of the problem, but when the support teams from these other applications did not respond to help remove their leftover code, the Pixel Union team helped us to remove the code and get the application functioning! We were SO impressed.

Thank you to the Pixel Union support staff for providing us with such excellent service. We're very happy with your support and look forward to growing our wholesale business with your amazing application!

We are a new company with very little website experience. I have built our site myself and believe me when I say I "googled", "youtubed" and "read tutorials" along with pulling my hair out all the way through it. I lead with all that to say I was at a loss as to what Wholesale App I needed. I downloaded a couple and when I say this one WON hands down I am not blowing smoke!! The others were very confusing on how to load products and price. This one was "simple" enough for even this Mom to understand. If by chance it wasn't (which it is) I would still recommend because of the Fabulous Support. I email with a laughable question and get an immediate response! Most of the time they have fixed it for me along with directions of the changes that were made. I am very grateful for the patience and speedy support. For someone who doesn't speak tech lingo Supple Apps has made me feel like a genius and our store is running at 100% We are so pleased our next app to download from them is going to be Buy One/Get one!

I am at the early stages and developing a sales model for our process. What I liked about this app was that it seamlessly blends the retail experience in with the wholesale experience, so that a customer could in theory move from one to another with no change in experience. Equally I can move a Wholesale customer from one set of prices to another by simply changing a tag. A customer is tagged and all of the pricing on your site shifts to reflect their particular pricing - so change the tag and you change the pricing - Very Easy! The volume discounts offered allow me to work across both retail and wholesale to provide volume incentives and I am about to try their net terms option - again making it easier to work with wholesale customers. The Orbit team have been quick to get back to me. I am still learning but the benefits above were enough to swing it for me. I have asked that the team provide greater options for shipping allowing me to provide it after a certain spend, for different types of customer, so that I can further incentivise purchase behaviour. I hope that this will come in the future. My challenge with the apps have been to work out how to use bundles with this app, because they all want to control the cart. The solution I found was to select a bundle app which creates a product and thus is not competing with Wholesale Club for control of the cart - bundle kit seems to work well in this regard. If you like what I have found out - give it a go!

This app has a lot to offer when trying to have different pricing based on who is logged in. Easy installation, and quick response if a tweak is needed for your particular theme. I recently moved from an old theme to a new 2.0 theme. This app worked pretty well but it had issues after implementation. Kay sourced the problem quickly and the reliability of pricing for each custom user was very good. Kay went out of her way to assist in some final tweaks with this new theme and explored why certain formatting was not as clean as I wanted. After work by Kay and team, it was shown to be a problem with one of my legacy apps, not WC. Stellar customer service!

Been using the app for about a year. Not a fan of email only support, but since the instant chat was introduced the customer has been great!

FYI B2B a great addition would be if the discounted prices applied automatically when placing orders on the admin side.

but I'm loving the app overall
