Kay was amazing . I’m not so tech savy. So she took care of everything , even sent videos of my own shop to help me to understand. Customer support deserves a special mention. Whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance, the support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful. It’s clear that the developers value their users and are committed to providing a top-notch experience.
Overall, the Wholesale Hub app is an indispensable tool for anyone involved in the wholesale business. It simplifies purchasing, improves efficiency, and offers tremendous value. I highly recommend giving it a try!

This app is very useful for stores that need wholesale accounts on their site but cannot use or upgrade to Shopify Plus.

They are quick to respond using their chat directly integrated to the app. Alex was quite helpful and ensure to help you resolve any issue to the best of their ability.

Wholesale Club has been very good and straight forward for setting up and streamlining out B2B. There are a few more custom discount features that we'd like to be able to use but we communicated this to the Orbit team and they seemed to seriously consider them for future addition.
The customer service has been great! Very fast to respond and sort out any bugs.

This app was the solution we needed to offer multiple price tiers for B2B sales. After many months we discovered a bug on our site and their team figured out the problem and fixed it within a day. I am gratified to be working with a company that knows how to support their customers!

The B2B Wholesale Club app is pretty straightforward, and offers us the ability to apply discounts with different tags, which is just what we need. What sets this app apart from others is the customer service.

This past week alone, I have been on chat with Alex numerous times. The patient, understanding, efficient service I received on each occasion is unlike any other. Alex navigated my questions about this app (and others due to compatibility) with experienced swiftness and was able to tell me exactly what I needed to do to ensure they could fix something on their end. I asked if I could please provide feedback, I am THAT impressed with the customer service I received. Shout out to Jack too, who followed up through email. Thank you!

We've been using the B2B Wholesale Club app for multiple years now and it is a great way to manage multiple levels of pricing for multiple customer types and product groups. It's what I would call 'Advanced Pricing'. We actually had an issue where our customers were experiencing a failed page, but it was due to a change Shopify made. The support team at Orbit found the issue and implemented a fix quickly. Therefore, it's a great product with awesome support.
