Great app and excellent support. I've had numerous questions to the support team and always got timely and detailed responses, and I was able to sort out all the small issues you get when you install something for the first time.
4 stars because I find the checkout process a bit clumsy (net30) and the Shopify checkout process still shows the full prices.
5 stars for the support team (thanks Declan) :-)

Feature wise the app is great, however, the lack of compatibility with Shop accounts is a massive drawback! We have reached out to support for an answer on whether this issue will be resolved and have had no response. Pretty disappointing because otherwise the app is great.

We use this app to manage orders for the wholesale side of our business on a clone site. It is easy to setup/use and offers us the net terms and minimum order functionality we need.

What happened to this App????? This App used to be good. Now it's glitchy and customer support is slow and unresponsive. We continue to have recurring issues where the Wholesale discount does not apply and can't put through Wholesale orders for days! Customer support is saying that they sent replies but it's false and frankly, the replies are not even helpful in resolving the same recurring issues. Very disappointing.

Excellent App! Not only is the customer service extremely responsive, the app was the perfect solution for allowing me to set different pricing levels for retail consumers along with multiple levels of wholesalers. The real deciding factor for me when purchasing this app over another very popular one that i tried was the fact that this app better utilizes and expands on the tagging and discounting capabilities that exist in Shopify so that your inventory data can still sync seamlessly with your inventory management and accounting software, which is not the case with other apps that tie you completely into them.
Our company has been using pixel unions wholesale club app for about a year now for our business. We receive approx 80% wholesale orders and offer a multi tier volume oriented wholesale program. The app has meet our needs in this area fairly well.
My recent experience with the B2B Wholesale Club app has been spent troubleshooting a small bug with their support team. Kay gave me quick and pleasant responses and was able to determine our issue and implement a solution within just a couple of email exchanges. Hopefully, we won't experience any more hiccups, but I know if we do, we'll have a speedy solution. Thank you!
