We installed this app in a test shop to try it out, and after being happy with how it works we are now busy installing it into our live shop.

But you need a lof of patience with this app because support is really slow and a lot of times they don't read your question properly. This means that most questions sent to support will take a couple of days to get a proper answer, mostly because it has to go back and forth a couple of times. Plus for some reason you need support to get the app up and running for the first time, so installing this app will take a couple of days. This is really frustrating and time consuming, so make sure you have the time and patience if you want to use this app.

We got this app to make our different wholesale pricing tiers work more efficiently and have volume discounts apply automatically. We were previously using Bold's Pricing app but it didn't work with Facebook or Instagram so we cou'dn't sell there without seeing wonky prices which was something we really wanted to be able to do. Wholesale Club works smoothly with all socials. We had a couple hiccups in the beginning bc of our Shopify theme but they were able to help us out. Just be aware that before you publish your shop with the app, make sure everything is working bc their support takes about 24 hours to get back to you. Their customer service was great though and we highly recommend this app for all of your wholesale pricing needs!

Excellent support. We've worked with Marius and his team now on two different stores and 2 different apps. They are responsive and reliable.
Tried another wholesale app and did not have the flexibility on Net30 terms to work effectively for our customers.

Just starting using this product and it works exactly how it should. Excellent for stores that have many product variants and don't wish to have duplication in product variants. Great product. Would like to see a little more documentation and how to's but excellent customer service and was able to ask and have answered all questions via email.

The app has proven to be very useful and reliable up until recently, but the team has been responsive and helpful in resolving the recent issues and bugs. They appear to be working on resolving the problem.

They make you pay 25 every time you update your theme. On top of that, they are STEALERS - I paid for update and they stopped answering. Use other app - not worth it!!

We've tried a bunch of other wholesale / membership apps and this one is the best. Great service and simple to set up. We are using for a membership program with pricing categories / levels and it works perfectly. Can't recommend highly enough.
