Quite frankly, one of the best experiences I've had in talking with the support team. Very attentive to my issues with integration, and allowed modification to work with my current theme. I am glad Ive installed this app. Much cheaper than other options out there. Very happy with the outcome
Great job.
Poor customer service. So many glitches. Now all my thousands of custom prices have disappeared, causing much frustration amongst my customers.
They are super super super awesome :) You send an email, reply comes in a minute. For some extras they dont even ask for payment. We are very happy with Marius and his team..Thank you guys...My favorite...
The orbit developers/support team has been crucial to our new site launch and setup! We have been so grateful for Kay and Alex’s help via email and chat.
We received fast, thorough, and thoughtful replies + real solutions! I felt very reassured knowing I had a direct line as we prepped for a new site theme launch.
Kay has also been super helpful in recommending other shopify apps to coordinate with our current suite to best meet our needs and just in making general shopify/ecommerce recommendations/sharing insights based on her experience. I felt confident in her expertise and So reassured!
I have been impressed with the simplicity of this app and backend setup, I now utilize them as a metric of comparison when looking for new apps for our store. Looking forward to continuing to learn and to try out Wholesale Club’s recommended integrations.

At first we have installed another wholesale app but when it comes to the theme setup, they told us they can't do it, they politely asked us to uninstall their app, what we did.
Right after, we went to Shopify app store and installed this wholesale app. We did the same and requested our FREE theme setup. Within hours we received an email that everything was OK, we checked and they were correct.
They even suggested us some improvements on our theme that they have helped us implement free of charge within minutes.
That's what we call "outstanding customer support".
Keep it up guys!
PS. This wholesale app will definitely help us be more efficient on our wholesale strategy.

We have been using bold's app for over a year now but had to change due to incompatibility of the bold app with another app we want to install.
The team have been great to swap us over and the literally managed to do the whole swap in a day and our customers did not notice a thing. Migration without a hitch - great!
Wish we could have gone with suppleApps from the beginning would have saved a lot of cash customising the Bold solution to make it fit our needs...
i've had glitchy issues with this app since i installed it . Should have changed ages ago.. latest problem is that when i changed my theme it stopped working... Customers couldn't check out. And after contacting support .. they tole me they needed to adjust it to work with the new theme... Fair enough.. They did the . work and advised all was well. I relaunched with my customers but didn't work properly. This time I was advised that it was a conflict with another app. I deleted the other app.. and still not working.... Wholesale Cub now advise that its a result of left over code.. Checked that with developer.. no left over code... Advised Wholesale Club again... now I wait... No wholesale facility now for over 2 weeks.. busiest time of year :( Winning!!
We have just installed the app, and so far so good and I have to say that the support I received from Kay was great! Helpful and super efficient.
