The support team at Wholesale Club is over the top! Paige is very knowledgeable and she replied all the requests promptly. She also proposed suggestions on how to address some of the features we needed (that was not directly offered by the platform). She even contacted the devs team to adjust some of the UX issues I had.

I've used this app on multple storefronts to successfull solve the wholesale side of our retail shops without having to spend thousands on Shopify Plus. Recently had a small installation issue on a new storefront and Kay from support fielded and solved my issue quickly and attentively. The initial setup of the Wholesale Club app is a breeze. The sync process is a little slow but other than that it's a great app. Kay from the Support team was a massive help. Thanks again!

We used this app to set up our brand's wholesale trade portal. It has all the features we needed to get our wholesale site up and running, and customer support was extremely helpful and responsive when we were setting everything up. Love it!
