Do NOT get this app unless you are ready for a bumpy ride. Customer service is slow and very unresponsive. If it does not easily connect with your theme and you are having issues, prepare to lose sales. Would not recommend!

A great intro to B2B selling without paying a small fortune for the Shopify wholesale tier. Very easy to set discount groups and levels. Works flawlessly.
Support is superior. One support issue was dealt with fast and professionally, even including screenshots of where to go and what to do to correct the issue. (Thank you Jack!) ...and a follow up email to ensure everything was good.

After looking at other wholesale apps I can tell you... this is the right one!

This app makes it possible to have a fully functional multi-channel business on Shopify without having to resort to separate websites for each customer type. Amazing customer service.

Great app! Super easy integration to include a B2B option on our website for wholesalers. Plenty of options to configure it to ensure it works well for your business, and set-up was super easy. Had a couple of questions along the way and customer support was incredibly quick and helpful. Would definitely recommend this app to e-commerce brands looking for a B2B integration for their online store.

Excellent app and extremely helpful staff!! We needed some way of offering discounted prices to specific tiers of customers, and this does the job. Highly recommend.

I have used this app for over about a year and it has one MAJOR flaw. When your wholesale customer builds their order by adding things to their cart and then adjusts the quantity in the cart it gives them an inventory error (and DOES NOT REFERENCE the item in the cart that there is an issue with). The error happens when the quantity is increased to more than you have in inventory. For instance, the customer puts in a quantity of 10 for and item you have 12 in stock for, and then when they are on the checkout/cart view page they adjust it to 13...then submit the order. The error is Error processing order: "Unable to claim inventory"...so, no reference to the item! This has been SUPER frustrating to my customers as they may have 30-50 items in the cart, adjust a few quantities and then the error with no instructions on how to fix it, some will not use my site to place orders now, so I have to manually adjust inventory off of emailed orders...understandable because they spend hours building their order all for nothing.
Customer service does not seem to want to address this issue, I have tried multiple times...I will be looking for a more complete solution.

Update 6/10/19 - No response from the developer yet.

So far so good, this app works well with our theme and lets wholesalers see the prices they are paying throug our website in a clear and easy to understand manner.
