I've used this app on multple storefronts to successfull solve the wholesale side of our retail shops without having to spend thousands on Shopify Plus. Recently had a small installation issue on a new storefront and Kay from support fielded and solved my issue quickly and attentively. I very much appreciate the timely responses and willingness to make sure things are working as intended.

I cannot install this app on my theme. Customer support is slow. No chat is available. I tried to reach out by e-mail but the answer is not coming. I wasted an entire day trying to install this app.

Nothing is standard. Besides a standard to high fee (compared to competition), everything is extra. Minimum quantities? $100 extra. Custom prices per product? $100 extra. Volume discount? Guess what? Yep, $100 more. Net terms? Don't say it. Yep, $100 more. Quick order from? That's only $40. So in order to use the app in any functional form, I need to pay over $400. That's a hard pass.

The customer support was extremely helpful. I needed to accomplish something that was not natively available in Shopify and the USO app allowed me to do so.

浏览器直接卡死了,点任何菜单或地方都直接无反应。正在寻求帮助,但不知道该怎么解决,看着功能挺好的,我也非常想使用,可是安装之后仅仅只是加了一个discount,在想试用其他功能就完全点不动了,而且我尝试了很多次都是如此。

The app performs changes to your theme.
If you have the free Shopify themes maybe its ok. For the paid and advance themes you better STAY AWAY! they make changes to your theme that effects the load speed and performance. can't remove their changes so be aware.

this is a game changer for our wholesale business. With only $24 a month and a one time fee of $99 for custom prices, I was able to do what an advanced shopify account worth thousands of dollars monthly can do. support was great.
