Jack and the team have been great. Extremely fast response time, even faster time completing updates. Overall great app, and great team that stands behind it. Would recommend!

Worked with Kate for a month but couldn't overcome a fatal issue when transitioning from the cart to the checkout. If you have more than 8 or so wholesale discounted products in your cart, you receive a shopify 'something went wrong' error page when trying to get to shopify's checkout page. Shopify's checkout times out waiting for information to pass through B2B's server. I was very patient working with Kate and she tried to have the developers change the polling but we never got past the error and I removed the app from our store.

Hi Grant, I'm really sorry to hear this review! That invoice error is rooted on Shopify's end and is unfortunately not within our control. We do have a fix that we have been working to apply to your store. It's difficult to test hence a bit of a back and forth. Mind blowing customer support! The team helped us solve a number of issues even though they not were caused by the app it self.
Highly recommended supplier of apps :)

Great functionality! No changes required to the theme's liquid code. The app offers a couple features that even the other companies don't have. It works great and support is amazing. I had an issue related to my theme, not the app, and they were able to fix it quickly and even retain some features in the theme I wanted! Highly recommend!

New to the app, and ran into some issues with setup. The Live Chat support was great in helping me to get things working and sending pictures and links as needed with the steps. but, Unfortunately, I spoke too soon when I gave this 5 stars. Although the support team works hard, the app itself doesn't support multi-currency, which is somewhat useless to increase sales with B2B. Statistically more people shop when they can see things in their local currency, and not supporting this crucial feature makes the app practically obsolete. This is unfortunate because the ease of use otherwise is great, and sets up wonderfully. If it could only support our largest international customer base.

Great onboarding experience. Kay helped me understand some best practices for our theme and was very communicative throughout the process. Great support goes a long way. We’re excited to add this app to our stack!
