We have recieved Good service from the staff and the app is wellfunctioning in our website for our wholesale customers.

Lacks some of the fancy features found in other apps, but does the important things well. Super reliable with excellent customer support. We've used for over 7 years. The only wholesale app that integrates with the best bulk cart app EasyWholesale (by NexusMedia).

The app is super easy to use and understand. And if you end up having some sort of trouble that you can not fix, their support team is an amazing one. So don't be scared to reach out to them! We got our problem resolved fairly quickly with some back and forth. But Kay, the support member that helped me, was very concise and detailed when she needed information from me to fix the issue. Amazing app, amazing company, and even better customer service!

This is a great app for wholesale. It does absolutely everything I need it to do and works seamlessly. In the 4 years that I’ve been using it, never have I had a problem. I recently changed themes and a few things needed to be tweaked. Customer service was very quick to respond, they were kind, patient, knowledgeable, and stuck with me until everything was perfect! I would so highly recommended this app and this customer service/developer team!

Marius was great to work with. He always answered our questions in a timely manner and was more than helpful in resolving the problems. Our web developer worked with him on most the issues and speaks very highly of Marius and the service he provided.

This app works well, the customer service is fabulous for troubleshooting. They were able to fix our problem pretty quickly and had a developer look over our app to see if there were any mistakes.

I have researched many Wholesale applications on Shopify and Wholesale Pricing by Supple the absolute best of them all and surpasses my expectations!! Other apps creates a duplicate listing at different discount levels which doubles or triples my listing count and because of duplicate entries, they will not draw inventory out of the same listing. Supple's Wholesale App fixes that issue by applying a discount to the original listing instead and draws inventory out of that singular listing. My store runs over 15k skus and this saved my store from creating duplicates listings of the same thing. The Wholesale Pricing app also allows the possibility to do discounts based on markup from Cost by categorizing items by specific Markup% Collections and applying a relative discount to them. Due to the fact that Shopify does not track cost, this is the absolute closest you will get. In addition, Marius from Supple also customized my store for me for a small fee. The customization allows my store to allow oversell for wholesale tagged customers and disabling overselling for regular customer. He also by-passed Shopify checkout payments so my customers can now enter a Purchase Order # and Submit to Shopify without payment meaning my accounting department can charge them Net30 Payment Terms in the back-end. Great customer service and communication with excellent completion timeline. Overall, I would give him a 10 star out of 5 if I could. Easy to setup and great service support! I recommend this to everyone needing special pricing for their online store. Can't say more, Thank You Supple!

We have been using this app for 2-3 years and so far we never have issues. Recently we ran into something that could very well be shopify related and not an issue with the app. Just to confirm there weren't issues we contacted wholesale app with our issues and they responded rather quickly (twice in one day). They looked into the issue for us and assured its most likely a random issue with shopify not always working correctly or user error on the customers end. Out of 11,000 customers, we are having issues with maybe 4 so this is most likely not a wholesale app issue. Great customer service either way.
