B2B Wholesale Hub

I had an issue with our GA4 order tracking and their support team was amazing. They were super responsive and helped me fix it right away. While I'm still learning the app itself, their excellent customer service makes me confident I'm in good hands.

This app is a real lifesaver for my business where I offer both wholesale and distributor discounts. The support staff is always quick to respond to make sure that I've got everything set up just the way I need it.

We had an issue where our wholesale discount was not being applied consistently to every order. The support team at B2B Wholesale responded quickly, identified a conflict within our cart setup, and resolved the issue efficiently. Communication throughout was clear, and the feedback provided was genuinely helpful in understanding both the cause and the fix. Very pleased with the level of support and technical knowledge shown.

Thought we had some problems with the Wholesale Club app, their support is fast and efficient (thanks Jack, Alex and Emily) and helped us find out the actual cause (which was a Shopify update to the Markets settings). Do be aware that Shopify's in-built multi-currency stuff is not supported, so all your markets need to have the same default currency if you're selling to multiple countries. We use a separate 3rd party app called BEST Currency to display converted currencies to international customers, that does seem to mostly cooperate with Wholesale Club.

Update 2024-Aug-27 - had some minor issue with a discount code not automatically syncing. Contacted them and it was fixed in 10 minutes. 10/10 customer support

Update 2026-Mar-26 - Shopify broke stuff as they love to do, Jack fixed it very promptly.

Excellent app. Does exactly what I need it to do to offer wholesale pricing to my wholesale customers. Support is excellent - really quick to assist via chat.

Great app for wholesale, custom prices for different tags is great, wish the discount codes were still available but the app makes up for it. only small issue, uploading, csv can be tricky... for us it works great when using google docs, but so not much when using excel, (although this may be a "user error") Service is always excellent...

We have been using B2B Wholesale Hub for years now. It is always stable, provides flexibility, and has great tech support. I recommend that app if you want to offer a B2B option on your site.

If you need to do custom pricing or net terms with your customers, B2B Wholesale Hub is the app to use! Their team is always ready to help with any issues especially when you are switching themes. They make it seamless and ready to go!

Alex was extremely helpful. He communicated very clearly and fixed my problem without having to change much of my code. Minimal changes keeps all my old code working well, but the glitch he fixed, he fixed quickly and then was very patient with me as I tested different browsers and situations to make sure everything was still running smoothly.

We have been using this app for years, as we are retail and wholesale store. The B2B wholesale Hub app works perfect I never have an issue, only if I install a new app that may interfere with the website. And like always this team will fix the issue. So grateful to Kay who over the weekend helped me. I am always confident that they will help me.
