Not like wholesalify, these guys are so supportive, ROB followed up with me for 2 days and supported me in a very professional and accurate way and he saved my life since the app can apply a discount on the compare price things we want it in the B2B business and wholesale, I totally recommend the app and its working perfect with a specific customer segment in our customer database! I have tried several other wholesale solutions and the features that are included with this app, including the incredible customer service, make B2B Wholesale Club stand out from the crowd.

I can't wait to keep building on our wholesale program using this app.

This app is a good for the introduction of wholesale purchases, but there were some hiccups as we did not want our wholesale customers to see some of the deals that are available to our retail customers such as free shipping at $100. However, Paige from the support team was tremendously helpful in resolving any issues we had. While there are some aspects of this app that are not ideal- like shipping fees can't be customized for wholesale customers, the support I have received with any issues has been phenomenal. While the app does have its limits, the support team can't be beat!

A very useful app if you have a separate pricing for your wholesale customers and don't want to spend thousands of dollars on Shopify Plus where this feature is in-built.
I have given 4 stars to the product as I feel there is room for improvement. Their customer service however is impeccable and I would happily give them 5 stars if it was purely on the basis of their support.

The team is very responsive and happy to help with any issues with installation. The process itself took very little time and the functionality is just right. We actually use the app in conjunction to membership apps to offer custom pricing.

Such great and easy functionality. The support is what makes this app great- the team at Pixel Union did a fantastic job helping get set up and ironing out kinks in the theme. Phenomenal support and aid. THe app really powers up the store and makes our life easier.

The app does what it says and the support team is nice and helpful, especially Hannah. They something take a few days to answer but they are usually very responsive. I am also using their Superstore and Flex Theme from their sister company Out of The Sandbox, and they both work great. Thank you!

I selected this app for our Wholesale portion of the website. It hasn't worked correctly yet (installed at least 2 weeks ago) and despite reaching out to the team with screen shots and proof of mistakes the developers insist its perfect. I've disappointed and frustrated wholesale customers and lost sales. Now I've got to remove the app and start over. Save yourself time and money and pick someone else. I even reached out to the HR dept to try to get someone's attention. Horrible customer service and an app that doesn't work.

Kay and team are so prompt with answering any questions/sorting out any trouble we have with our set up! It's nice to know that we can always ask for help :) Looking forward to exploring the full potential of this app.
