Fantastic app - it has streamlined how we can offer both retail and wholesale on our main shop. Support was quick and helpful. We've been using this for over 6 months and are thrilled.
I analyzed the other apps available and I am using this app in conjunction with their membership app, so that I am also able to customise differing discounts per collection, for our community- both online and in our store.
This works with our Shopify POS on iPad, and operationally what it means is my staff, don't need to check who's a member and who's not, if they are, the discounts will be automagically calculated for them when the membership/ wholesale discount is just before check out.
Online, it works wonderfully- I am now able to hold a private sale, ( yes, you heard me right) where our non members will not be able to see the prices or products on that collection.
The best part of this app/ combination of 2 apps is = excellent support. If you need something customised, it can be done, and Marius helped me with all of it.
So if you're overthinking about this app ( like I was in the beginning) just GO FOR IT. Because there is support and you can get quick and real feedback from the developer, so you can make decisions for your business quick and get this app implemented quick as well.

Makes life so much easier. Great application that just always works
The app gives us great flexibility in terms of creating different discount tags, custom minimums and now with the improved Custom Edit Prices feature it makes it really easy to go in and edit pricing. Very prompt and responsive customer service from Supple.
Obviously, a third party app isn't as elegant as a customer group pricing solution from Shopify itself, however, a Shopify Plus Plan is required for that. Until you are ready to drop that 2k a month, this is your best bet. Quick and competent Support.
The support team at Supple is what makes their apps so great. They're extremely flexible with your requests and can implement them quite quickly. Their wholesale app now does what I need it to do, and I would highly recommend using Supple for all of the apps that they offer.
What I like about it: I can set a minimum amount for wholesale orders, and until that minimum is set the "checkout" button is hidden from view. Once that minimum is met, the checkout button is live again.
What I was not thrilled about: I needed to add on not just one, but two $99 surcharges to get the functionality that I think should be included in a basic wholesale system -- per-product pricing (as opposed to category-wide percentage discounts) and minimum order quantities (which is a basic feature and not included unless you pay extra). For a per-month pricing structure, these should be included. Seriously, pay per month AND pay to enable functionality before you can start paying per month forever and ever? Um, that's not cool.
However, that doesn't stop a five-star review, because once set up, this app is PERFECTION. And customer service is SPEEDY and very communicative. So that, plus the fact the app WORKS and doesn't require tinkering once it is set up, makes a five-star product. I'm completely satisfied with the results.

James has been very responsive and helpful while we have created wholesale customers and pricing for our online shop. He even helped us look into something that turned out to be an issue with our theme, not the Wholesale Club app, and he let us know exactly what we needed to relay to the theme developers to resolve the problem. Great customer service and friendly to work with.
