Customer services is great! Which is HUGE for an app! It makes all the difference to be able to contact someone who understands the mechanics of the app and how to solve problems quickly. Kay was so helpful and thorough!

What I like about it: I can set a minimum amount for wholesale orders, and until that minimum is set the "checkout" button is hidden from view. Once that minimum is met, the checkout button is live again.
What I was not thrilled about: I needed to add on not just one, but two $99 surcharges to get the functionality that I think should be included in a basic wholesale system -- per-product pricing (as opposed to category-wide percentage discounts) and minimum order quantities (which is a basic feature and not included unless you pay extra). For a per-month pricing structure, these should be included. Seriously, pay per month AND pay to enable functionality before you can start paying per month forever and ever? Um, that's not cool.
However, that doesn't stop a five-star review, because once set up, this app is PERFECTION. And customer service is SPEEDY and very communicative. So that, plus the fact the app WORKS and doesn't require tinkering once it is set up, makes a five-star product. I'm completely satisfied with the results.

I have had a fantastic experience with the support for this app. We had a checkout button coded into the store by a developer, who then was unable to help when we needed it removed 12 months later. Kay from Orbit found the code for the button and removed it for us within 24 hours of reaching out! Super fast service, very clear communication and no additional charge.

Although not using all the features of Wholesale club, we needed to bypass the standard checkout & also offer different levels of discount to certain customers.
This app does it perfectly!
James was very quick to help out with small styling changes we needed too.

I thoroughly investigated all the wholesale apps out here, and this one stands out, doing exactly what it promises. Our store is both b2b and b2c, but thanks to Wholesale Pricing we could implement two distinctive pricing strategies, depending on the customer being tagged as wholesale or not. The minimum order quantity extension works fine as well. Very responsive support team, offering tips on how to approach the wholesale registration and approval process. Five stars well earned!
We need an APP that can serve our wholesale clients. This APP definitely serve that purpose. There is bit of learning curve as what the APP can do vs our company requirement. I feel the premium on boarding was great value for money. Emily was fantastic help to us, got us all the help we need. Because our requirement was little bit different compare to normal without Emily, we would have give up half way through the on boarding. So the App is working very well for us at the moment, hopefully we will get the positive feedback from our clients in the coming weeks.
I would suggest the developer to add an order summery page for customers after they place the order. Beside that I'm happy with the App so far.
