Also, one of the representee by the name of Kay, gave us awesome guidance & assistance and made sure that we were on the right track to get everything started and her email response time was definitely fast and on point. It's always a plus when you can run into a company whose employees are really passionate about their work - this lets me know that they put a lot of work into their company and highly respect their customers.

Overall, there customer service and the platform are A-1 and I would not advise using any other B2B wholesale app, especially if you're not so tech savvy...... this app is perfect. :)

Oh, forgot to mention... you also get a 30-day free trial to really understand how the system works before making a purchasing decision. Very helpfull and good working app. The customer support ist super quick and helpful. They helped me to customize a few things and did a great job.

This is a premium app. The best part is the support that comes with it. I ran into a few problems during set-up due to a paid theme I am using that uses complex Ajax cart functionality. When I contacted the support of the theme, they wouldn't help. The support of B2B Wholesale Club supported immediately and solved the issue as well as many others. I tried out a few other Wholesale apps. Nothing compared to this app. If you want to set up a wholesale online shop without paying for Shopify Plus, this is the best app you will find.

Wow! After using Wholesale Gorilla then switching to Wholesale Club?? Wholesale Club was very helpful. and available.

Support was great in getting us setup with a theme that has a lot of pieces and is definitely not standard. Great value and takes care of 4-5 apps worth of features. Product visibility, wholesale discounts & and all the goodies.

We were having a small issue with products still showing up that had been deleted. The customer service was excellent and resolved our issues very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

The support team at Wholesale Club is over the top! Paige is very knowledgeable and she replied all the requests promptly. She also proposed suggestions on how to address some of the features we needed (that was not directly offered by the platform). She even contacted the devs team to adjust some of the UX issues I had.

Great improvement on previous apps used for wholesale and discounting. Much better than bold apps. Very helpful and response time very good.

I am at the early stages and developing a sales model for our process. What I liked about this app was that it seamlessly blends the retail experience in with the wholesale experience, so that a customer could in theory move from one to another with no change in experience. Equally I can move a Wholesale customer from one set of prices to another by simply changing a tag. A customer is tagged and all of the pricing on your site shifts to reflect their particular pricing - so change the tag and you change the pricing - Very Easy! The volume discounts offered allow me to work across both retail and wholesale to provide volume incentives and I am about to try their net terms option - again making it easier to work with wholesale customers. The Orbit team have been quick to get back to me. I am still learning but the benefits above were enough to swing it for me. I have asked that the team provide greater options for shipping allowing me to provide it after a certain spend, for different types of customer, so that I can further incentivise purchase behaviour. I hope that this will come in the future. My challenge with the apps have been to work out how to use bundles with this app, because they all want to control the cart. The solution I found was to select a bundle app which creates a product and thus is not competing with Wholesale Club for control of the cart - bundle kit seems to work well in this regard. If you like what I have found out - give it a go!

Best app for setting up wholesale - from small business to enterprise level ones. Easy to use, great logic, and the staff are willing to raise feature updates. Support staff is so helpful and professional. Shout out to Kay - she has been very responsive and goes above and beyond.

The Wholesale Club app is a great alternative for the B2B option within Shopify. The discounts are a little bit limited, but that is not the app's fault, it's the Shopify platform.
Every time we have doubts/questions the team is very helpful and prompt to help. I highly recommend it.
