We've been super pleased with our experience with Supple and the Wholesale Pricing app. We were in a really tough spot after the app we were using broke after a recommended update...even after one week they had still not fixed it. We saw Supple's app and decided to give it a try. So glad we did! Within hour of contacting them we were up and running! It's so customization and they are so responsive. Everything works beautifully and it had been a literal life saver! Thanks!
Love using this app, the one time charge for the extra tools and abilities are more cost effective than other apps, but more importantly, even when communicating via email about any issue or problem they still are very quick and detailed in the responses.
I have bad experiences with other companies when trying to get directions on what to do to fix something and Supple is quite prompt in my dealings with them! Thanks supple keep it up!
what a great service... we had already Wholesale Club installed and were looking at a solution to create Purchase Orders for our customers. In emailing with the PixelUnion support team we realized that the NetTerm addition could be easily adjusted to allow us to create draft orders and create a great experience for our wholesale customers. Rob was very helpful and even did some minor coding work to make it fully customizable. NetTerms is much more flexible than just for net terms because it creates draft orders on behalf of your customer which you can review and edit before sending out to your customers to review. think of it as they are submitting a purchase order (which creates a draft order) and then you send them them a sales order (you sending them the draft order).

This review isn't about the app. You can find many reviews about the app (thought it is excellent). I want to review the company and their customer service/tech support group.
See, any company can be great when their app self-installs and you never have to ask for help. But Pixel Union excelled over the past week at getting me up and running. Many things about my installation weren't straightforward: my theme is old and heavily modified, so they had to custom-install widgets for me, which they did quickly and without complaint. And when I asked questions that they'd already answered, not once did they tell me that they'd already told me. They just answered again, in a different way.
Every interaction was friendly, thoughtful, and moved me closer to being able to drive this part of my store. I wouldn't be offering to let my wholesale customers get in there yet if it weren't for the confidence I feel in the job they've done and the support they've given me.
If there were six stars available, they'd get all six.
Kay and team are so prompt with answering any questions/sorting out any trouble we have with our set up! It's nice to know that we can always ask for help :) Looking forward to exploring the full potential of this app.

These guys are awesome!!!! The two apps i have are great, exactly what i need, but the aftercare and support is where these guys excel!
I had used a competitor, but switched to Supple to try them. I've never looked back and i can and have recommended them to friends and family!

This app was my savior, we tried bold apps customer pricing before this and it was a fail for our store. But however this app is great, so easy to use and it does not create doubles of your products! And the support was great, Marius help me quickly and even removed the old code from bold apps! Highly recommend!
Super support! The Wholesale club support is absolutely amazing. We had some issues with the setup and incorporating the app in the theme but Paige has bent over backwards to make sure all would be working properly. Really appreciate the support and quick response times. We called on her a lot and she was always happy to help!
The app is really good to give customers personal automatic discounts as Shopify itself does not have the proper tools for this. The app also lets you choose if customers can use discount codes in combination with their personal discount which was important to us. The only minus: it does not work well with some other apps like product filter and you have to switch the checkout settings to basic. For that it should be a little under the five star rating but the support was so good I could not give anything else but 5.
Set up was quick and easy. Jack at support was very helpful and quick to help me optimize my site. Thank you.
