It has been a slow process of fine-tuning this app exactly as I want, but things are looking great! Previous to installation, I thought it was impossible to run wholesale and retail orders through one website, but Wholesale Club has proven me wrong! I signed up for the Premium Onboarding program which was a great investment: Emily and Sarah were incredibly helpful and patient with me as we worked through the steps of establishing a wholesale side of our site and figured out the necessary customizations. Despite some limitations to the customizable elements (ie: regarding shipping costs), the support team is helpful at suggesting and assisting with work-arounds. Considering that there is no app that will be 100% perfect for all online stores, Wholesale Club provides a great option for anyone hoping to offer a customized shopping and checkout experience to specific groups of wholesale customers.

Wholesale Club App does what it says. We now, basically have 2 websites with the same URL...!! One is open to the retail public and the other is password activated for our B2B customers only - a lovely private area for our VIP's. I struggled initially with the set-up, however, I opted in for their Premium On-Boarding support for a one time fee and had awesome Tech support via email. Thanks to Sara and James for their support and patience. Champions :)

Has great potential, maps the separate price structures great and offers further great features that are just as simple and effective.

Unfortunately, you need help so that the theme is not "broken" when going live, but no one responds after multiple letters.

I hope that this way someone is to reach...

Support is terrible, as far as my experience has gone its only an email support which in my opinion is utterly useless, when issues come up you need them fixed now, a chat support or even better a person to talk you through problems would be ideal. Integration has been very difficult for me and it doesn't seem to work very well on the site, I wouldn't recommend this app, my experience has been very poor from the start. To your point below, asking people to pay more money if they need help is fairly poor in my opinion. I have been going through emails back and forth for a week now with your staff trying to organise this app. We could have sorted all this out in a 10 minute conversation or on chat support. However if i pay more money you will help faster?

Hi! We do have chat support available on our Premium plan, and we do offer a program called CoPilot that offers 1-on-1 video chat onboarding. We have very prompt email support (for free) as well. It took a lot of time to work around the app to get it to work. I'm still testing so I can't say yet. But this review, I give 5 star for the great customer service by Kay! Kay has been super helpful and answered all of my questions very promptly. I always see people review about these things but this is the first time I ever connected with such an amazing CS.

I dropped 1 star because it's pretty difficult to set up the thing and testing took a lot of effort..

I'll be back to revise the review if the app itself fails me. :X

The app was a little buggy, but the team helped troubleshoot and it works perfectly now! No other app comes close to this

This app is TERRIBLE - $69.00 a month and nothing works, no one responds to you, absolute WORST app and WORST customer service Ive encountered on Shopify Apps store - FIND another app, avoid this one

I got all the messages, all the emails they did not go to spam, - was just cut and paste of links, never responded to my queries, was so frustrating. Glad Ive deleted this app and will find one that actually works
