LOVE the SUPPLE WHOLESALE app. Thanks! This app has fixed so many of my wholesale /retail issues without creating a bunch of confusing and unfriendly user variants. Before my wholesale variants were pushing to wanelo and pintrest. Now all my retail prices get pushed but my wholesale clients can log in and shop. Customer service on ally 1,000 questions has been answered quickly and nicely.

Always willing to help me sort any concerns out. Had issue installing onto new theme to ensure I had access to future shopify theme updates and they worked through it with me and we found a solution. Very happy to continue using this app, it's the most cost effective, whilst having all the flexible functions I require.

The functionality of this app is perfect for offering our stockists access to wholesale pricing - a great option for them as they can access exactly the same website and shopping portal as our regular customers. We did a lot of research looking for an online wholesale solution. This app came highly recommended. Customer Service is super important for us as we handle all of our IT and Web development so having someone to guide us through things it key. We have had great response from both Kay and Travis at Pixel Union - typically responding more in the afternoon/evenings (EST). We were able to get setup and launch in just over a week and are now successfully running all of our retail and wholesale through Shopify!

We needed tiered pricing as pricing is different for each of our products. They do not currently offer this feature, so they recommended another app to use in conjunction with Supple Wholesale.

They then worked with us to figure out our needs and made the setup easy for us by creating pages, forms, features, etc for what we needed (even for the other company's app they recommended).

We recommend trying Supple Wholesale for yourself. We are sure the customer service experience is pleasant. Our Supple Representative signed as "Marius" and we couldn't be more pleased with their support.

We downloaded this app to allow wholesalers to login to our website and see discounted prices on our products. It works exactly as we hoped and Orbit support has gone above and beyond to integrate this app into our website.
