We sourced all the wholesales price shopify apps and found only this app MAY meet our needs. What we need is customers can view their own special price for certain products when they login. So we install this app and pay additional USD 99 for installation of Custom prices.
After installation, there were some layout and alignments issue but anyway support team tried the best to fix them. Then during testing,there are always some issues happend...sync issue, display of custom price not stable,etc. We spent a few months and wrote emails to them. I must say their customer support Declan is helpful,although the issues are not solved. At the end, their developer said we must uninstall BOLD app because the code of BOLD app is conflict with theirs. They suggest we install their another app Ultimate Special Offers to have the functions as Bold. We read the comments of Ultimate Special Offers. It looks like not stable as well. So, after paid a few month subscription fee and installation fee, we decided to give up.
The support has been great! It's been quick and helpful. The app also works as it says which is great too.
Do not use this app or buy any add-ons. (1) They would calculate all "log-in" members as "wholesalers", and no way to resolve this. (2) Your discount inbox will disappear because this app would create "draft orders" for the "log-in" members. This has given me the energy to come to hear and say thank you for wasting our money.

The app is good, the only issue is we have not been able to oppen the app, it is very hard, it send an error that reads as follows: saso-www.herokuapp.com closed the connection unexpectedly.
As told, the app is good, but we have not been able to use it for the last week or so, sent an email to support got no answear...
I added this app last week. I've been trying to get someone to return my email from 4 days ago. There has been no response. At this point...which is...I spent a lot of money and literally no one is responding to me for the last 4 days....I wish I could give it zero stars.

Unfortunately, it appears that this wonderful app is no longer as good as it used to be. Many changes in the last two months have been causing long delays on fixes and many more issues. I'm jumping out

I used to use a different app and had to pay for a manual integration update for the app, whenever I upgraded my shopify theme which added up quite a bit over time and was stressful. As this app is part of the Pixel world, it integrates effortless with any upgrade I do on the Empire theme. So now I am not missing out on new features of the theme, or have to wait for the app developer to integrate the app back into the new theme. It has the same functionality than the other app I used and works without a flaw. Super happy customer, that made my life so much easier.

This app solved the issue of needing to have different price levels for various customers. We used this app in conjunction with an auto tagging app so our customers are automatically tagged when they create an account. Once logged in the see their correct prices using the Custom Prices part of this App. Custom and Technical support has been very good. We are very happy with this app and solved our issue of needed at once various customer levels of pricing on each item on our store.
