I installed the app because of the good reviews. Unfortunately, the app is underdeveloped in many respects. While the support team is helpful, the programmers behind it are unable to implement the essential functions for B2B trading. The price of €99/month is completely unreasonable – far too high. We unfortunately invested many hours trying to install the app and now still have to look for an alternative.
I'm sorry to hear you've had a disappointing experience. It sounds like the main issue was due to an incompatibility with another app blocking ours. Wholesale Hub has been a huge win for us; it's made it easy to offer our customers custom pricing along with some solid added perks.
I did run into a hiccup today, but their support team came through. Rob was incredibly patient, walked me through everything, and made sure I actually understood the solution instead of just handing me a quick fix.

Absolutely awful customer service. I've sent in several help tickets because the app keeps throwing the exact same message at me: 'Install error. There’s been an issue with your install. Our support team is having a look, and we’ll be in touch via email ASAP.' What a joke. Nobody has reached out, and there's zero option for live chat. It's been days since my first request, and I can clearly see on the admin panel that they haven't even opened my tickets yet. Completely unacceptable!
