I used this app to make a private store for a certain group of customers. The best part about this app, is the customer service. I reached out to them to help me integrate it with our theme and they responded within hours and were able to accomplish this and more. Working with this team deserves way more than 5 stars. I would recommend this app to any and everyone!

Used this app for approximately 6 months. We faced an issue and requested support or a resolution how to solve this issue. At first they requested access to our store that was granted. After that they blamed Shopify for having changed something. At the end of the day no resolution to our simple request and no support.

after the uninstallation I was left with the purchase button visible only to logged in users. I don't know how to fix it, the fault is yours and your application dirtying my code

We first tried to make a b2b webshop with another platform but found out that that wasn't ok for us. So we went to shopify and found the apps of Wholesale Helper. These are great apps working very well for us. The team is great; they are always very much willing to help and are able to solve the issues we had and customization we needed for our webshop. So many compliments for them!

This app did not perform well for the needs of our store. We experienced a breach with the lock app on multiple occasions and after 6 months gave up and uninstalled. I would like to note that the developer was quick to reach out to resolve our issues. The responsiveness of the developer was greatly appreciated, however, this app was not a good fit for our needs.

I installed this app to keep one product from being visible unless the customer was logged in and tagged with a certain label. It was easy to install, create the tag and create a lock, however, it didn't work as intended at the outset because everyone could still see the product logged in or not. Then there was a change made and then even being logged in, they couldn't see it. Wholesale Lock support was finally able to resolve the problem, but we went back and forth on this for more than a few days, so just know that if you install this, there might be glitches, and it might take a while to get right, but they do stand behind their app and will help you fix it. Working great now. Thanks!

I needed a certain page to have a password login and the app works perfectly. Seth has great customer service and replied super fast when inquiring about the app, which was great because I was under the pump!
