I found these guys to be very responsive and timely. I've requested changes to their app several times. Each time they have been very responsive and made changes to accomodate my needs. Maybe one time they couldn't make a change because of the nature of Shopify. They were honest about the situation. I have been using this app for many years now.

I made a last minute request for Wholesale on a Friday afternoon and they were able to resolve it within just a few hours! Would highly recommend working with them!
