This is more than just a simple plugin, it is one of the best full-featured apps in the Shopify store. The team supporting the installation and configuration is very responsive and dedicated to making sure that everything runs smoothly. I had to have a few small but custom enhancements that were done quickly and effectively. I'm using 3 of their 6 apps (wholesale pricing discount, wholesale order form, wholesale lock manager) and all are seamless and immensely useful.

I would like to see a version of the apps bundled together at a single price point vs individual line items that will be billed but individually each app is worth the cost. Highly Recommend.

I'm really happy with this app and the support is excellent. It seems more robust with better features than another one I tried. They appear to have a team of developers on hand to help with any modifications. I want to translate the signup form as it doesn't translate with the translation app so really happy it is possible to do.

After 3 years of trying to develop a wholesale section in my e shop in different platforms with no success, I feel i found the right solution for my business. I am still setting up the app, but the whole concept is just what I was looking for. Customer service and support is teaching lessons to everybody who believes in this "part" of the job. Thank you

I am still currently in the trial period for this app, but so far customer service has been great! I had an issue with product variants being changed once a customer adds them to their cart. This wasn't an issue with the app itself, but an issue with the coding on my theme. The customer service team was able to find and fix the issue quickly and I'm excited to continue using this app when my trial period is over. So far, adding discount groups for different customers has been very simple compared to other apps I've tried in the past. Great app! Keep it up team!

It's taken a little bit for me to get the app doing all that I want it to and that it can do but overall I'm pleased with the capabilities and excited about the potential. The customer service and support is EXCELLENT! My questions have been answered completely and quickly.
