A well thought out, stable app and very responsive support. After the theme integration, which just took a couple of days with some additional custom coding that they implemented for us because we use a non-Shopify theme, we tested our site and it was perfectly ready for wholesale pricing for our franchise customers. Easy to set up customer groups and set terms. It's a feature rich app that we can also grow into to add more functionality for our customers down the road.

I have been dealing with Ajay and am so pleased with the customer service and the dealings i have had, always so helpful and always know what they are doing.

I built a wholesale part of my website using this app and it's super easy to use, love it! and the supporting team of the app very helpful. Always on time.

We've had a bumpy road navigating from WooCommerce to Shopify, however Wholesale Helper has been great with support and directly reaching out to help us with some challenges switching our platforms. We use all three of the modules and it works well with our theme to provide a professional looking Wholesale store. Thanks to Seth and his team for making us a priority and getting the changes we needed into our production environment. Only reason not four stars is that we're still working on traffic, but that isn't WH- hope to see that improve in the near future.

Update - Dec 2021 - We contacted the developers and asked if the "B2B Checkout Button" could be moved next to the normal checkout options as some of our customers were missing it, not only were they happy to do this, they did it at no cost and the work was completed within 48 hours. Great service guys. I have installed this app plus their lock and order form options to enable us to create a more effective multinational B2B site All 3 of the apps work fine out of the box and the small amount of "Development" that I wanted extra was completed quickly and at a very good price.
I also used them to do some additional development of a app that is not developed by them and whilst that did take a little longer to get right, they always responded quickly and were able to do exactly what I wanted
I would be happy to recommend both the apps and then developer options Update March 2022 - we again requested some changes to the look and view of parts of the App, this time the sign up form, and within 24 hours all completed exactly as requested

Truly impressive customer service.. The team implemented the entire app in our store at no charge, and then responded to our emails and questions to help us get started.
