This works fantastic for a seamless unique wholesale experience. We needed something that will be scalable and this is it. Also, the level of customer service is also top shelf! I don't deal with this app, as it is in the wheelhouse of my business partner, but I can comment on the customer service. When we do have a problem, they are very responsive and offer succinct instructions for the fix. We do not often have a problem, and many times it is not on their end but, instead, something we have done. No matter the cause, they help us sort it out and get things moving forward. Thanks!

The app works fine and if it doesn't match exactly your need, you can always ask the IT team some help. Even with the time shift, they try to be available and are very responsive on every requests we have (always in 12h max). The app performs well with the Lock Manager solution.
