The app does everything I need as a brand that wants to sell both retail and wholesale. My requirements were fairly complex, but they are all covered. Requested updates were made quickly. Excellent service, so far so good!

The team at Wholesale Pricing Discount is incredibly helpful. I had a few questions before I installed and they were answered very quickly. After installing there was a few things I wanted to work a little differently (mostly just how numbers were rounded) and again they were very helpful and timely. I thought I might have been a nuisance with all the questions but instead they said they appreciate the feedback and bringing it to their attention.

The app works great as is but if you need any changes the team is very easy to work with.

My business is 85% selling wholesale to dealers. When we started selling direct to consumers as well, we needed a way to keep the two worlds separate but all in one place, and this app is PERFECT for that!

Not only can we have dealers log in and write their own orders from our consumer site, they also see the sight and pricing from their own wholesale specific perspective, without us having to create duplicate products. We can write orders for our dealers, select extended payment terms (Net 15 / Net 30), they have access to view our inventory and what they have previously ordered, offer volume discounts and advanced shipping options. It's exacttly what we needed!

You can discount the entire site or groups of specific products, and the multiple price discount levels are an amazing tool to help drive sales. The tagging feature makes this all so simple it's ridiculous... seriously, I can not say enough.

Also, the set up and sight integration of this app to my existing store could not have been any easier, especially for a dummy like me! It takes little to no work or time to get up and running. They pretty much do it all for you, have simple support videos to follow as needed, and these guys are QUICK to respond to your needs! The support has been FANTASTIC and if you can't already tell, I highly recommend giving it a go, you will not be disappointed!

I am a very impatient when it comes to things working and was antsy on getting the app to start working right away. The customer service was great on communication and they worked on it right away for me.

This app and the support from the Wholesale Pricing Discount team has been superb. It provides everything we wanted, with a few tweaks, for a clean, simple wholesale process whilst also allowing us to manage our "offline" orders with select customers. They even added a little tweak that was beyond the scope of the app as a favour. I can't recommend the app and team enough.

Where do I start? The app is great! But more than that, Seth has really gone over and beyond the call of duty. He has taken his time to explain things to me (a Shopify newbie) and even made an emergency Saturday phone call! So seriously.. try and top that! I had previously downloaded other apps and couldnt even get a response via email! Seth.. he called! And on a Saturday no less!
