Additionally, I would say they go above and beyond in terms of helping with bugs and implementation snags. We are so used to theme and app developers not providing any assistance, and we've even had some really bad experiences with Shopify-specific coding/design firms. Our experience with this team was the exact opposite; they were not only quick to reply but quick to take action and to resolve our implementation snag. This app is great! Just what we needed. We can set custom pricing for our wholesale customers and add in custom shipping rules too. We can even add bulk pricing discounts for larger orders.
