The App is really good, in fact the range of apps that we use from Wholesale Helper team work really well. The support team are second to none, there has been some learning curves here and there depending on our needs but they were all met. Well done guys.

This app is exactly what I'd been looking for. It has allowed my stockists to place orders directly from my website so I no longer have to generate manual invoices. It has saved me a lot of time so I can focus on other areas of the business. The support team assisted with integration and were swift in fixing an issue with one of my collections. So far the process has been really smooth and I'm really happy with the service and platform.
We have been using the Wholesale Pricing Discount app for just a couple of weeks now. The initial customer service to get things up and running was phenomenal. The developer team was quick to respond, answered all of our questions and helped get the app up and running very seamlessly. We are extremely pleased with the app so far.
I haven't used the app yet but honestly, I'm already blown away by the technical help and customer service. The tech team and beyond have made life so much easier by setting up the app for you and checking to make sure it won't interfere with other apps you may have installed. They even helped me brainstorm a fix when the Wholesale Pricing Discount app did interfere with an app, which means I still get to use it and felt incredibly supported every step of the way. I can't wait to get started using it for wholesale customers!
Fantastic experience. The team was very thorough in assisting with the integration and working around other customizations we have in place. They evaluated our theme, made suggestions, and then completed the work in a very timely manner. I highly recommend it!
The app does everything I need as a brand that wants to sell both retail and wholesale. My requirements were fairly complex, but they are all covered. Requested updates were made quickly. Excellent service, so far so good!

The team at Wholesale Pricing Discount is incredibly helpful. I had a few questions before I installed and they were answered very quickly. After installing there was a few things I wanted to work a little differently (mostly just how numbers were rounded) and again they were very helpful and timely. I thought I might have been a nuisance with all the questions but instead they said they appreciate the feedback and bringing it to their attention.
The app works great as is but if you need any changes the team is very easy to work with.
The app works as advertised, but support is very poor.
I have had experiences where they simply don't respond to requests without multiple emails over the course of days to more than a week.
For example, I requested a re-install on an updated theme (NOT a free service) on 9/2 and didn't receive a response until 9/11. On 9/7 I wrote to say that I was still waiting, and didn't get a response until I threatened to take my business elsewhere.
Then when they did the job they broke the theme and it didn't work. And…I am still waiting for them to acknowledge the problem and resolve an issue for which I already remitted payment.
If you can find the same functionality elsewhere, I would seriously consider it.
