The app is pretty good value considering the options and the features are decent. Implementation was a bit hit and miss so their QA processes could be better but they persisted and got it working as it should eventually.

We've been using this app for years. We use this app to provide an easy option for our wholesale customers, as well as Volume Discounts to customers who purchase large quantities. It does have issues from time to time, but customer service is usually very prompt and has always helped us find a solution.

Its app is not 100% ideal for 2 reasons: if you have variants that must be hidden from different customer levels, and if your store is bilingual.

The team has been quick to answer our requests and implement them.

Wonderful tech support and easy app to apply within the Shopify store. We have been using them for over 3 years, and have no complaints with the use and ease of having the wholesale option for our customers.

App constantly breaks. They fix it then it less than a week later it breaks again. Leaving groups of my customer base unable to order due to special pricing not being applied. It is beyond frustrating. PLEASE fix your app.
