The best support team I have ever seen!

This app is working great for us and the support is amazing, the most responsive for any app we use. I am also super impressed by new improvements they have already made since we purchased the app just a few months ago, including adding the "apply discounts" button directly to the back end checkout page. Game changer!

I am just finishing up my trials of the full suite from these guys. They have been very good to deal with. Done some theme customizations for me that have made things run smoothly. Quite pleased with the transition thus far and as I said happy with the customer service and ability to work directly with my requests.

I had an issue with installment so they assisted me and since it went over the free trial period they offered a refund. Amazing customer service!

I run a furniture store and I also sell to designers. Seth and his team were AMAZING. I have been trying for 4 years to make a B2B site out of my store. It worked amazingly well. Everybody was quick and really worked with my business to take me to a whole new level!

If you are looking for custom pricing for your customers. This is the app. You can customize shipping prices for accounts, offer percentages off of products/collections, or even specific pricing for specific products. I've tried several other Shopify apps for custom pricing and none come close to the ease of use or quality. Amazing app and amazing support team behind it.

We have a 3 tier pricing business: Distribution, Wholesale, and Retail. This has been quite the challenge when working on a Shopify store and myself not being an engineer. We were using some other apps before, and all of a sudden, without any notice, the checkout process with that app stopped working. This was in the middle of our "Prime Day" sales, so it was a HUGE blow and very time sensitive. The other app's support was slow to respond, and never actually found the problem. I jumped ship and did trial and error with a few apps that day to find a fix to get it up and running again. Wholesale Pricing Discount B2B was the winner. Number 1: quick start up time. They didnt require 1-3 business days to install. Number 2: They had live chat support with REAL, knowledgeable, HELPFUL people. And the support response time was always within an hour or so. Number 3: I have been able to have a video call with someone, and now just a phone call with someone about a glitch. The support is unmatched, the UX UI of the app itself is very straightforward (again, not an engineer here), and it has so many robust functions, many of which we don't even use, but I can see their use case for other business models. If you are a B2B/B2C business, and don't want to be on Shopify Plus, THIS is the only app to consider. - Becca Hislop, Marketing Director.

Great app and customer service - very responsive. We use this app to offer wholesale discounts to specific retailers while running an automatic discount on our site for our online customers. Great app!

Poor Support and Poor App Design/Dev.
The support is very creative with their avoidance to help you.
They will reply to you without resolving any issues so they can buy more time.
They want to jump on a call :-) to give you their reasons.
This is an overrated app and not well designed and developed.

I had a few issues setting up this app; however, it seems pretty simple. The App is definitely a win-win when it comes to wholesaling and discount pricing. Since I'm not very tech friendly; I would give the app 4 stars and the tech service 5 stars, therefore, it's all 5 stars after such great customer service who knows how to get the job done!!! I gave them a pretty hard time and they all stood the test of my issues...lol. OUTSTANDING in every area!!!! I guess I should stop now...lol. Thank you, guys!!!
