Great application — the team is incredibly responsive, available seven days a week, and typically replies within an hour. They're also willing to customize certain aspects of the portal to fit your needs. The success or headache of an app is fully dependent on the level of customer service- I cannot stress how great their team is at troubleshooting. They're responsive, helpful, and timely. All that to say, anytime something hasn't worked, it's been from user error on our end. They give us direction and fix it on our behalf regardless. I've used many integrations and apps and WSH is by far my favorite to work with.
