I used this App as the basis for a wholesale site, it is perfect for all customer accounts, discounts etc.. The support is fantastic! I needed tweaks to get it all set up and the support team made it all work perfectly! Highly Recommend!

This product has answered many questions and brought valuable solutions for our business. It does what it says on the box! The support team is truly excellent and helped us with the entire integration as well as some customisation. I would recommend them anytime and every time.

Vents.com — This company is the real deal. They provided great customer service with some of my initial questions. 20 minute on boarding demo, and already made two customizations, so that when someone is logged in it hides the create account, and if they are logged out, it shows the create account. As well as they added a logout feature on our navigation that shows if logged in and hides if logged out. The app is full of wholesale related pricing features for basically anything that you can think of. I really like the variant price control and pricing groups.

Fantastic app - even includes a way to have your wholesale section section separate to your main website - I do not believe any other app does this.

Tech support is also very good - always someone online and always gets back to yuo quickly with helpful replies.

The support is terrible. If it works for you on the first go around, then great but if you need any help beyond that expect to wait days on end with very little to no communication. Seems like a good app, but the support is absolutely TERRIBLE! If you like to have good customer support - stay far away from this one.

An excellent app. I had been looking for a REAL wholesale app for some time - many disappointed. Not this one. I had a small problem with the shipping module of the wholesale portion and the tech team fixed it within a few hours at no additional charge. Very good customer service. : )

I am still currently in the trial period for this app, but so far customer service has been great! I had an issue with product variants being changed once a customer adds them to their cart. This wasn't an issue with the app itself, but an issue with the coding on my theme. The customer service team was able to find and fix the issue quickly and I'm excited to continue using this app when my trial period is over. So far, adding discount groups for different customers has been very simple compared to other apps I've tried in the past. Great app! Keep it up team!

We set up a wholesale avenue and used this app. It was easy to use, efficient to install and great for the end user. The WPD crew were fast to work with when i needed changes made and very helpful at all times. Definitely recommend.
