Kudos to the team at WPD, they are so easy to work with! We're using the Wholesale Pricing Discount basic plan and so far, so good. It does exactly what we want it to do. They set everything up for us to get started and their FAQ information is straight forward and easy to follow. We did get charged a small fee for having some complex areas on our website, but the ease and convenience of just having the program work was well worth the money. We researched a lot of apps and read a lot of other reviews before choosing this one and so far we're very pleased. Thank you, WPD team! Keep up the good work and great service.

This app is going to be great for me, does everything it says it does with ease and the support is great. We've found great success using the wholesale pricing app and are able to offer different shipping rates for different customers based on their tags. We did have one issue with Net Terms but support was responsive and found a custom solution at no charge. We have been very happy so far.

Support was there when I needed a little help. The chat with support feature worked perfectly, I got someone helpful who forwarded on my issue to the tech team to take a look. I found my fix while they were also taking a look, but it was very helpful to just have someone responsive to help me out. Thanks Shanna!

I love this app. I have been able to make wholesale and retail work together on the same site without too many issues. I use it in conjunction with Wholesale Lock Manager and MinCart so that it does everything I need. They even integrate with Smile Rewards which has been a big bonus for my direct wholesale clients.

Love it. Tried a ton of other wholesale apps, and none did exactly what I wanted. Installed this one, wanted some tweaks, and Seth was available immediately to start work on what I wanted. It took a couple of days, but the feedback and response times to my questions and concerns were excellent. Highly recommended.
