We use this with their other 2 Wholesale apps (Lock Manager and Re-Order Form) and the complete package solution is absolutely amazing! We are able to offer custom discounted pricing for our various groups of clients with ease and confidence. We have a very unique set up and I searched high and low thinking that I would have to build my own custom solution before finding this App. No matter what your needs are, these guys will help you find a way to make it work without getting too complicated. This team is just amazing. Our main point of contact has been Raissa, providing extraordinary support. The add-on is solid, overall. We experienced some difficulties, mostly related to how price segmentation combines with discounts, but the team is continuously adding new features and enhancing the existing ones, which progressively mitigated those original concerns. Kudos!

The app helps us setting discount levels for specific customers. Its not very easy because we have over 9000 products and we dont want to manage them one by one, but we were able to group products and put a % on group level. The only thing we didnt figure out yet is how to do product promotions when a whole sale customer has a discount % attatched to his profile. It seems the system doesnt know how to use 2 discounts on 1 product.

Easy to use and works the way I need it to. I have had a few issues with a conflicting plug in, but have been helped with a workaround every time this happens (happens mostly when we do a theme update!)

Allows us to make focused pricing groups for our clients, and support has been wonderful. Very happy so far.
