I've searched a TON for the best wholesale tool and I truly believe this is not only the best built app for a store trying to have a B2B/Wholesale section, but that its unbelievably fairly priced considering its deep functionality.

Noteworthy: Their customer service is UNBELIEVABLE! They always respond right away with the internal chat tool from your shopify admin site and you're not just getting a person who can barely help you. Instead, you're getting someone EXTREMELY tech savvy and deeply versed in the tool and features itself. They quickly get a real answer to you and anything you need done including customizations that you often get for free and without questioning you. I've been working with Shanna and she is INCREDIBLE! Never in my life have I seen such great service, especially from a developer firm.

This app was the perfect solution for our Wholesale program and so much more! We use this with their other 2 Wholesale apps (Lock Manager and Re-Order Form) and the complete package solution is absolutely amazing! This team is just amazing. Our main point of contact has been Raissa, providing extraordinary support. The add-on is solid, overall. We experienced some difficulties, mostly related to how price segmentation combines with discounts, but the team is continuously adding new features and enhancing the existing ones, which progressively mitigated those original concerns. Kudos!

The app helps us setting discount levels for specific customers. Its not very easy because we have over 9000 products and we dont want to manage them one by one, but we were able to group products and put a % on group level. The only thing we didnt figure out yet is how to do product promotions when a whole sale customer has a discount % attatched to his profile. It seems the system doesnt know how to use 2 discounts on 1 product.

Easy to use and works the way I need it to. I have had a few issues with a conflicting plug in, but have been helped with a workaround every time this happens (happens mostly when we do a theme update!)

Allows us to make focused pricing groups for our clients, and support has been wonderful. Very happy so far.
