I am just finishing up my trials of the full suite from these guys. They have been very good to deal with. Done some theme customizations for me that have made things run smoothly. Quite pleased with the transition thus far and as I said happy with the customer service and ability to work directly with my requests.

I had an issue with installment so they assisted me and since it went over the free trial period they offered a refund. Amazing customer service!

This is the app. You can customize shipping prices for accounts, offer percentages off of products/collections, or even specific pricing for specific products. I've tried several other Shopify apps for custom pricing and none come close to the ease of use or quality. Amazing app and amazing support team behind it.

We have a 3 tier pricing business: Distribution, Wholesale, and Retail. This has been quite the challenge when working on a Shopify store and myself not being an engineer. We were using some other apps before, and all of a sudden, without any notice, the checkout process with that app stopped working. This was in the middle of our "Prime Day" sales, so it was a HUGE blow and very time sensitive. The other app's support was slow to respond, and never actually found the problem. I jumped ship and did trial and error with a few apps that day to find a fix to get it up and running again. Wholesale Pricing Discount B2B was the winner. Number 1: quick start up time. They didnt require 1-3 business days to install. Number 2: They had live chat support with REAL, knowledgeable, HELPFUL people. And the support response time was always within an hour or so. Number 3: I have been able to have a video call with someone, and now just a phone call with someone about a glitch. The support is unmatched, the UX UI of the app itself is very straightforward (again, not an engineer here), and it has so many robust functions, many of which we don't even use, but I can see their use case for other business models. I had a few issues setting up this app; however, it seems pretty simple. The App is definitely a win-win when it comes to wholesaling and discount pricing. Since I'm not very tech friendly; I would give the app 4 stars and the tech service 5 stars, therefore, it's all 5 stars after such great customer service who knows how to get the job done!!! I gave them a pretty hard time and they all stood the test of my issues...lol. OUTSTANDING in every area!!!! I guess I should stop now...lol. Thank you, guys!!!

This app is critical to our business to business (B2B) Shopify store. It has every feature we needed; discreet pricing per customer type, discount codes, quick upload of new pricing, checkout options, and other various features. The rare times we've needed help, the support team was quick to respond and solved our issues quickly, professionally, and completely. We tried several apps to solve our needs, this one is a level above all of them. I cannot recommend it enough.
