Overall a really good app to present a specific discount level on a selected SKU or range of SKUs to a designated customer segment. It's easy to self-serve set up and manage discount tiers. We also worked directly with the Customer Support and Dev team to customise the app to showcase the discount for selected products across our Shopify store's product collections, product landing pages and integrated product widgets throughout the rest of the site which creates a really clear and optimal UX for Customers - no guessing or waiting to checkout to view their discounted pricing. We also customised further to hide Auto/Renewal / Subscription option for a certain Customer Segment. The App team were a breeze to work with, very thorough, clear process and quick and clear communication. Thanks for the great work!

Great customer support and functionality. It will require some tinkering and adjusting but if you take the time to do things right, you will have a fully functioning wholesale section of your store. The support team goes above and beyond to help you with whatever you need though

Overall, the app has been good for us. We also use their Wholesale Order Form app in addition which is the best way to make things work for our needs.

We have faced a couple of hurdles, but their team is fast to act and the quality of work is solid. Between our entire website being functional for retail and wholesale and their bulk ordering app for larger wholesale customers, it is a great combination for businesses with a lot of SKUs that want an automated system that works consistently.
