I've searched a TON for the best wholesale tool and I truly believe this is not only the best built app for a store trying to have a B2B/Wholesale section, but that its unbelievably fairly priced considering its deep functionality.

Noteworthy: Their customer service is UNBELIEVABLE! They always respond right away with the internal chat tool from your shopify admin site and you're not just getting a person who can barely help you. Instead, you're getting someone EXTREMELY tech savvy and deeply versed in the tool and features itself. They quickly get a real answer to you and anything you need done including customizations that you often get for free and without questioning you. I've been working with Shanna and she is INCREDIBLE! Never in my life have I seen such great service, especially from a developer firm.

It's a good app with great support. I wish it had more design customization instead of css for the discount fields on the cart page and an easier way (other than bulk upload) to edit pricing, currently, you can only do 5 products at a time and no easy copy and paste like Shopify bulk edits. But it still deserves the 5 stars despite the interface failures

This team is just amazing. Our main point of contact has been Raissa, providing extraordinary support. The add-on is solid, overall. We experienced some difficulties, mostly related to how price segmentation combines with discounts, but the team is continuously adding new features and enhancing the existing ones, which progressively mitigated those original concerns. Kudos!

I installed the app and as far as I can see I just get one form for the wholesale customer to sign up and tags on the product page to identify who is a wholesale customer - in this respect the app is very expensive per month. Also very basic form to start with so took a lot of to-ing and fro-ing to get it how I wanted it and even now there is no scope to make the form page look that great. The customer service was responsive and helpful

Very responsive with any issues that I have had to this point. I highly recommend trying them first before using another app.

Haven't put the app in use yet, but setting up is pretty easy. Layout is simple and functional unlike many others I have tried. The Tech team are very helpful and can make changes to customise your needs at a fair price. For the price I think this app is the best one out there. If you are just getting into wholesale, look no further.

I love this app. I have been able to make wholesale and retail work together on the same site without too many issues. I use it in conjunction with Wholesale Lock Manager and MinCart so that it does everything I need. They even integrate with Smile Rewards which has been a big bonus for my direct wholesale clients.

We use this app to offer individual prices for each specific wholesale customer. Before we found this app, we had to manually apply the discounts per item, per invoice... it was very tedious. The initial process of custom pricing everyone's accounts took a while.. but it's been well worth the initial time investment. Great product, it has many other functions that we don't use, but it's nice to know they're available if we choose to one day. Thanks for creating this!

I'm really happy with this app and the support is excellent. It seems more robust with better features than another one I tried. They appear to have a team of developers on hand to help with any modifications. I want to translate the signup form as it doesn't translate with the translation app so really happy it is possible to do.

You do not need to try other Wholesale solutions for Shopify. You have found the one you are looking for.

I have installed this app and have been very pleased. I needed more than what the app was offering and the team has been very responsive to my email and chat requests. They also have a call meeting option, which I very much benefitted from when I had a lot to work out, and needed more help. They also made some personal customizations to my wholesale store (some of which was an additional charge). I highly recommend this app.

Don't waste your time...... no support, no communication. App doesn't work and when it does its faulty... the only thing I can possibly think of regarding all the good reviews they've got is that they have bought them or there fake ... I'm not quite sure, but one thing I do know is this app, and the support is a waste of time.
