e've been using Wholesale Pricing Discount alongside a number of other apps on our Shopify store, and the support has been consistently outstanding.

Shanna recently helped us with a new theme update that required several tiered pricing adjustments and custom display changes. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and worked through every detail until everything was functioning exactly as required.

What really stands out is the consistency of the support team. Every time we've needed assistance, they've been quick to respond and willing to help with custom requirements rather than just providing generic answers.

The app works great for our wholesale pricing needs, and knowing there's a reliable support team behind it gives us confidence as our store continues to grow.

This app works for our business. It's pretty much the only thing I can find that has a dedicated wholesale section. Some unavailable features can be done through a workaround. But it wouldn't be possible without the support of the superstar customer support service. Shanna is always there ready to help with any requests. I could schedule a video call pretty much instantly to get help with configuring the app too. I recommend this app.
