Wholesale Helper Support Team
I was looking for a wholesale option that fit into our industry where we have strong D2C but also B2B. Coupled with their lock app we have managed to work on a way to customise it into our website. They have been very responsive and worked on making it custom. This means there’s a bit of time needed to set up how you want discount groups to run if you have regional differences with customer shipping and prices, playing with your own theme functionality and LOTS of testing to get you started but the service so far has been great. They are very understanding and kind. I’m yet to figure out the Xero integration part for net terms but I’m confident I will be able to work with the team to sort anything I need. Special shout out to Shanna and Daniel.
