Trying to reach someone for the 100th time when there are glitches in their app. We pay for a service that is actually making our wholesale orders harder. Someone please contact us ASAP.

We’re really sorry to see your experience hasn’t been great so far. Our support team aims to reply quickly to every merchant, and after checking our system, we weren’t able to find any tickets or messages from your store — which means we may never have received your request.

They are keen to help, but the app does not work on almost every point of view. currencies are a huge problem, as well as incompatibility with T&C checkbox at checkout etc. at least it's nothing for European international stores... what really fked me up extremely is that my live theme was edited and ruined. They were coding on my live theme even though i made them a backup !!!!! they made me lose SO much time
